July 9th - Nils Petter Molvær (Norway)
Nils Petter Molvær is a Norwegian jazz trumpeter, composer, and producer who is considered a pioneer of "future jazz", a genre that fusing jazz and electronic music, showcased on his most commercially successful album, Khmer on the ECM label in October 1997 in Europe.
He has recorded several remarkable albums since, and also wrote music for film and theater. In early 2014 he recorded wonderfull album SWITCH that he will represent in St. Petersburg.
